i dont know why but twinsanity never runs at full 60 fps all my other games run fine it lags at some parts and i have a really good pc ive seen a weaker pc run this game better im using dx11 and a gt650m video card can someone help

trying to play crash twinsanity iso all other games are perfect
software mode+3 threads if you are willing to bear native resolution or use mtvu hack in hardware mode.
it made it better but still it isnt completely smooth got anymore tips?
Set power plan to high performance, dont run on batteries
ok fine but when i play bully a grey fog comes on the lower left side of the screen how do i fix it?
it fixes the errors but it slows down the game significantly any ideas?
