You have to install Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 x86 version no matter what. The 2012, 2010, 2008, 2006, etc ones won't work.

If you wiped your system, DirectX is not up to date, and you need to update that too.

As for BIOS, if you used the most recent BIOS dumper you should have those files. But no they are not required.

Okay, u won't believe it.. But it worked now.. I changed nothing!

I think it had to something with that virus, so my system couldn't work correctly.
