Just what the title says. After loading with save state I can't save normally - game tells me that there's no PS2 memory card. What's the problem? Is it because of save states feature?

probably, you have made another save and loaded the savestate where, you haven't even made a save yet at the game. this happens most of the time for me, the only solution for this is to start the game over again.
