I seem to be blind but don't see it in the download page
1.3.0 is beta
1.2.1 is the official and it the only one you'll find here(until 1.4.0 comes out)
1.3.0 is in the buildbot page but not using this name
Odd numbers are always beta

this build bot page has the development builds but, the versions are titled 1.2 instead of 1.3 by mistake.
OH OK. I see. Thats why when I looked there I didn't see it was 1.3. I thought it was still all 1.2.1
