My laptop is the Asus X550VC, bluetooth is intergrated. The bluetooth drivers are installed from microsoft site. This bluetooth ID: USB\VID_13D3&PID_3362. As you can see, it is not on the list of supported. I tried to use the Zadig.exe (1.2.0.160), but it also did not help. After disconnecting DS3 of the USB falls from just off the pad.
