Try
- software mode +3 extra rendering thread
- nvidia hack

If I pick D9D software the maps looks nice but the game quality drops.
and in software mode it doesn't let me use the nvidia hack.
these were separate solutions.

Try Software mode or Try hardware mode with nvidia hack.

I guess 1) and 2) can only be solved by software mode. Problem 3) will be probably solved by nvidia hack. To get something better than what jesalvein suggested will be hard..

You can try to play with gsdx hardware hacks or clamping = Full + Preserve Sign but I guess this won't help.

you could try using dx9 (hardware mode) if, dx11(hardware mode) causes some issues and the viceversa. they, tend to solve more bugs or glitches.
Thanks for all the tips guys.

I also am wondering, if I used a older version of pcsx2, might do any difference?
Older versions aren't supported anymore. Best to use 1.2.1
