Hello, i have a strange (?) problem regarding memcard and saves.
Long story short: was playing GT 4 PAL, did half licenses and some races, tried to play GT 4 NTSC -> No game data found, created new one, at the mem card i see two GT 4 saves.
Is they not compatible ? If so, is there possibility to convert it ?
They are not compatible. It might be possible to convert them. Why did you switch?
I had a HUGE pixelation and amounts of blur in PAL version.
Well, to convert them, if it's even possible, will involve hex editing the save.
Is there a guide somewhere ?
What sould i look for ? Any specific address ?
Basically you need to look at the saves and see what's different. Generally there will be a SLUS/SCUS/SCES line(or multiple). You need to change the one in the PAL save to match the one in the NTSC save. Possibly other changes too. Basically anything that is different.
Uploading both saves would be a good start, then one of us can take a look.

PAL one should be "SCES-51719 GRAN TURISMO 4 Game data (0509FC51)"
Here it is. Use myMC to import it into your Memory Card file.
