When I go to install the program appears to me this error Click on this

This is the first time that I use pcsx2

Please help me !

Install the necessary VCredist (you will need the 32 bits/x86 version even if your OS is 64 bits. While on it take the time to download and install the last DirectX version. Don't think you have the latest DX version just because has the Windows last version, an actualized Windows 7 has the most up to date DX version than a never actualized Windows 8.1.
