I got PCSX2 today, and I'm not dure how to run a game.

I have a disk.map file, a system.cnf and that's about it. How can I run the game?

uhhh, were those files inside your disk?

To run games, you either make your disk into ISO files (faster loading times) and load them through PCSX2's iso loader or you run them directly from the DVD using the plugin.

Sounds like you extracted an ISO. When you create the ISO from your disk you just run that .ISO file, don't do anything else to the file.

Well, i also found a .disc file but when i open them it says it's corrupted.

Better to create a new .iso (disk image) file. Normally we suggest to use imgburn to rip the game. It has or had the highest compatibility.
