Full Version: Rogue Galaxy Director's Cut UNDUB Crashes
You're currently viewing a stripped down version of our content. View the full version with proper formatting.
Hello,

I'm playing Rogue Galaxy Director's Cut UNDUB but the game crashes occasionally with no specific situation. Sometimes after death, sometimes in the middle of a cutscene, sometimes opening a chest... So I don't know the true reason of this issue.

This problem causes me a terrible fear cause I am saving the game each 5 minutes cause I don't know when the game will crash again. And if I don't save in a new save point, the game crashes one minute later, of course.

I am ussing pcsx2 1.2.1 on windows and my computer is a i7-3770, GTX 660 and 8Gb DDR3

Any ideas?

Thanks you.
Are you using any non-default settings ?
1 do you ave the same problem when you aren't applying the undub patch ?
2 care to post the emulog.txt after a crash ?
Hello again.

Yes, I am using many non default settings, but there were no problem with other games.

1)I don't tried the english dubbed version cause I can't bear with the english voices.
2)) Here is the last emulog. I haven't played again so it's the last crash log.

You didn't rip your game correctly.
This is a dual layer dvd. Rip it again using imgburn then apply the undub patch again
I have the standart version of the game. I am using this Director's Cut cause is the only undub that I have found. There no problem to rip the game but I would need the UNDUB patch and I can't find it separately. Do you where I cand get it?
The patch is not the problem. You should have a duallayer disk but have only a single layer disk. Independent on the patch. Just rerip the game using for example imgburn. Test if the game works, then reapply the patch.

As long as you don't get a dual layer this game might not work.
