hi please help me with this issue. when i run the game threw ISO in the Menu it goes normal speed but when i select any thing on the menu it run so slow not to mention when i start playing. please help

Those games are auite demanding, and your cpu is quite weak for pcsx2.
Try fiddling with speed hacks but don't expect miracles.

enable mtvu hack and try using sw mode with +3 extra rendering threads. if, that doesn't help. you should consider upgrading your cpu to get better speeds in your pcsx2.
