I've been trying to run pcsx2 for a while now. It downloads, but it doesn't run. I get this error code '0xc000007b'. I have looked up many tutorials about fixing this problem, but none are working
I have a hp pavilion, windows 8, 64 bit. Can anyone help me?

Install the 32 bit version of Visual C++ 2013 redist.

Ok another problem.
The selected GS plugin failed to load. The plugin reports that your hardware or software/drivers are not supported.
Download latest DX9
Despite it being Windows 8 and coming with DirectX 11.2 by default, you still need this DX9 as well.
I've updated directX and I have downloaded directX9 too. Still getting the same error message.
This is what the error is saying 'C:\Program Files (x86)\PCSX2 1.2.1\Plugins\gsdx32-awx-r5875.dll'
you never even told us your specs
In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
