The Sims doesn't work.
TLB misses can sometimes be fixed by creating a new ISO of your game disc.

Yes. A patch was linked earlier on in this thread. It doesn't work very well though.

Like Cha,ber of Secrets when first patch was released? With low FPS and broken graphics?
Not really, the Prisoner of Azkaban patch doesn't make the game playable unlike Chamber of Secrets (it's still broken)

Chamber of Secrets works fine now with the newest patch.
Prisoner of Azkaban doesn't really seem work at all, even with the patch.

It works fine, but in hardware mode there is some graphical bugs. Software mode is ok, but slower.
