This game need a microphone to operating the player
when game startup, it show me a message below :

as stated by willkuer earlier, use the Qemu USB Wheel/Storage mod plugin.

yes, for some games. you should try and check whether your game supports it.

PS2 microphone support is spotty at best and that's not really something we can fix easily. Damn near no documentation on it.

But the Qemu plugin might work.
