v1.3.1-134-g1d70865 is the first broken build.
Good job, with some simple testing it seems it's the GSdx changes that introduced this bug, lilypad and PCSX2 itself are not the culprits
Maybe one should remove the _CX11_ macro.. (maybe #undef _CX11_) and recompile.

I pushed an issue report to github last night and gregory is already working on it.
Thanks for the report. The issue is now resolved on the latest development build.
Psst. Help me out. (One of the versions I just used earlier is PCSX2 Nightly - v1.7.2668 (Compiled on Apr 27 2022) btw.)
