My specs are i3 4160, 8 GB of ram, and a HD 7870. However, i struggle to get 45 FPS native resolution. Any ideas why?

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

N/A, all default

College Hoops 2k7, MVP NCAA Baseball 07, both from legal .iso files.

What are EE%/GS%/VU% values during slowdowns?
