Ok i got the program working fine now im not sure if its my comp but i need to kno how to make it better cuz its kinda slow and laggy.

Intel® Pentium® Dual CPU e2140 @ 1.60Ghz 1.60GHz
Memory (RAM): 1.00GB
System Type: 32-bit Operating System
Windows Vista
This is all i have.

Ok now i have no idea wat all that means but does it mean that i cant play the game good?Or bad?

Your CPU is too slow and 1 gb ram is really really low for Vista. So to sum it up,low speeds are normal for your PC with PCSX2.

your info is incomplete,you did'nt post your video card specs.
w/ this speed may run only 2D games...bad on intense 3D games.
