I've finally gotten everything to work this except for video. Every time i load it up everything is normal except when i get in game this happens. It seems to get worse around effects like explosions but usually will just linger on the screen, its very annoying and i'm desperate for a solution any suggestions.

press F9

skipdraw set to 6 kind of solves it to, but it breaks other stuff i think.
