please try to disable all speedhacks and increase clamping precision to max values (full/extra+preserve sign).

Please have a look for ZeroGS. It's an alternative for gsdx. Please check if the same error is visible.

I tried ZeroGS plugin instead of gsdx,
It works perfect and text-string is shown!!

Then it's possibly a GSdx bug.
