Full Version: Why pcsx2 doesn't run ps1 games?

I found a lot of questions about if it can run those, but no one about why it can't run?

I just though if ps2 can run those and pcsx2 is ps2 emulator, then why it can't run ps1 games, if this possibility is already in ps2 bios?
