There are some already done, for example: http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-DragonBal...#pid172193 use search next time and you'll probably find more and without waiting lol, anyway you'll most likely find only cheats for duel mode here unless you convert your own cheats to pnach.

But generally lots of the things that can be cheated in BT3(in both ways - to make game easier/harder - yeah it is possible to cheat in this game to make cpu much better, instead of making it just stronger with some red potaras;P) is much more practical to get by cheat engine or similar program couse this game stores lots of things in same adresses varied by menu you are currently in or even which fight you are in story mode. Probably only dragonball amount and a few other silly/easy to find stuffs stays in same place in every mode.

Would be nice if you tell the version of the game you have while asking for something to it. There should be only 3, but japanese one has different title, soo Budokai Tenkaichi 3 generally comes in PAL(multi5) or NTSC(us) versions, would also be nice if you post your game CRC in case I'm wrong for this game being in just 2 versions;P.

Anyway only nice people get nice answers. Soo without giving all info, try this patch. It'll work in duel mode, and just for 1 player first char, but it will confirm when you return irritated after you see what it does, that you have PAL version of the game.^_^ Heheh...

Then you have ntsc version >.< same those cheats you said they doesn't work were written for. You sure you know how to use it? Anyway, if stormy weather will not bring me a suprise with power failure, I'll be editing this post in like an hour maybe and add pnach for both NTSC(428113C2) and PAL(A422BB13) with a bit more cheats. Got some time now to do it finally.

Like promised Cheats for Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3:
-CUT- files removed :3 check updated version of my cheats here.

They include:
-both side(p1 and p2) cheats for duel mode(also for all 5 chars in team battle) for hp, max hp, infinite ki, max power, blasts and team change bar,(by default set only for p1)
-unlocker for all chars/music/stages/items,(all enabled by default, meaning starting new game without any save, but with this cheat gives everything unlocked)
-increase in ability limit for all chars(causes a little graphical glitch in custom menu, but nothing bad - enabled by default),
-infinite money, dragonballs,(enabled by default)
-a cheat to freeze cpu in duel/team battle mode.(disabled by default)

Much more cheats for this game(including full story mode and custom red potara sets for both NTSC and PAL versions) in my cheat tables for cheat engine available here:

including the above, some of my movies shows that by cheating you can actually make cpu much stronger(without using god mode or anything similar;P).
