1.You don't need all those master codes
2.You have only two codes enabled
3.Are you sure you are:

Saving with the correct extension
Using the correct CRC
Saving to the correct place
Running pcsx2 directly from the exe(or if it's from shortcut,in the Properties for the shortcut,the Start in say the location of your pcsx2 directory)

You can use my converter to get the crc and save to the correct place.Just start it while pcsx2 is running,click on the Load button on the Pnach side,paste those codes there and save.

PS.I'm not sure if using both extended and byte\short\word type codes at the same time is a good idea

Enable only the codes you want by removing // infront of patch=1

Turns out the problem was that I had to enable run as administrator for them to work. Thanks a lot man.

Well it will be a good idea to use the portable version of pcsx2 and not place it in those protected folders(like program files)to avoid such problems again.

Here but you didn't post the game CRC so no .pnach file,you have to make it yourself.

The codes on that page are using CodeBreaker v7 common encryption so you have to decrypt them to be able to use them.

PCSX2 don't use such naming system for the pnach files so if someone download that pnach and don't know that,it will come complain

Could someone make a pnach for The Thing ? I'd like it to at least have unlimited health.
