Start with removing the Master Code you don't need that for PCSX2.

@MrSquirry the codes on the site you linked are already RAW, you shouldn't convert them(as you did, hence breaking them), just add formatting.

Silvey use the search thread function at the lower right corner and search with DEDC3B71 and you'll see that there are quite alot of Pnachs for that game.

Im having trouble with the cheats for persona 4. my game CRC is 117D1977. it's also (PAL-E) [SLES-55474].

This is what shows up at the top of pcsx2: Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 (PAL-E) [SLES-55474] [Status = Unknown].
I don't know what the status = unknown does I need help. in my 117D1977.pnach file this is the game title "Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 (PAL-E) [SLES-55474]"

Any help would be appreciated I tried almost everything to make this work. PLease help me

It is not possible to make an instant "All Cards" cheat due to the way the in-game store purchases are handled, but there is a way to gather all the cards quickly as described below.

In the end of this guide, if you've started with an empty table, you should be left with 48 addresses of 2 byte values, the first being 20F950EC (PCSX2 1.0.0 r5350).

How to quickly get all cards with Cheat Engine or ArtMoney:
1) Enter the card store
2) Buy any number of "First Monster" packs (remember how many you bought)
3) Search for a 2-byte value of the number of bought packs
4) Filter the results by buying more packs until their number no longer decreases
5) If there is more than one result change all of them in increments of 5 (i.e. the first result is 5, the second is 10, the third is 15, etc), if there is only one result skip to step 6
5a) Attempt to leave the shop. Instead, the game will show you an animation of opening packs you bought and a purchase confirmation screen afterwards
5b) In the purchase confirmation screen on the top left of the cards list you can see how many cards you bought in total
5c) Divide the number by 5. The address in which you've set the result in step 5 is the one you need
6) The game checks which packs you bought and how many of them in a simple way: there is a straight sequence of 48 2-byte values, each corresponding to a certain pack. When you attempt to leave the store, the game checks the values of these sequences and opens a corresponding number of packs.
7) Add to the table the next adjacent 47 2-byte values (they should all be zeroes if you haven't bought any other packs prior to this step)

ArtMoney:
a) Select the value and press Ctrl+M to enter the memory edior
b) Uncheck both the "Hexamedical view" and the "Hexamedical edit" checkboxes in the top left
c) Set the "Number of value columns" to 2 (it's right under "Refresh time" in the middle)
d) Set the cell view type to Integer 2 bytes on the top right
e) Now switch back to the original ArtMoney window, select the value in question and press Ctrl+M again. This will put you back into the memory editor with the right settings and with the right address selected (the address immediately to the left of the selected cell should be equal to the one we found with the search, and the value in the cell should be the same too)
f) Now push the down arrow to select the cell exactly bellow that one, and press Alt+T to add it to the table
g) Repeat until you have exactly 48 values in the master ArtMoney window. All of their addresses should be a sequence with an increase of 2 (20F950EC, then 20F950EE, and so on)

Cheat Engine:
sorry, I don't use CE, so I have no idea how it's done in there.

8) When in the shop window, edit those 48 addresses with any values (don't enter over 500 if you want to edit ALL of them at the same time, the game won't be able to open THAT many packs at once) to "buy" the same number of packs. You don't need to have packs available for a normal purchase for this to work, even if you normally can't buy (or even see at all) some packs you can "buy" them that way.
9) Do NOT freeze those values, you won't be able to leave the shop if ALL of them are not 0. Once you're satisfied with the number of cards you have set all of the values to zero.
10) Leave the shop and continue the game.

An update to my cheat for this game, now including relationship auto-booster, unlimited turn time and an inventory update.

To be honest, I'm not sure the relationship cheat actually does anything except showing 8 full hearts in your database, and I don't have enough dedication to do a research. I know it doesn't ruin anything, and it's good enough for me. If you want, you can un-comment the codes and "do your homework" so to speak.

The inventory took me a while to figure, but the game stores how many of each sandwich you have in store, with a total sum limited to 10. So basically this will make you ALWAYS have at least 5 Golden Eggs, rendering any purchase of them meaningless unless you need the pack and the challenge it unlocks. After that you can either restart the game with "Always pick a Golden Egg sandwich" disabled to buy sandwiches normally, or not bother buying them at all.

Unlimited turn time is pretty obvious, only relevant to time-limited duels.

Wild Arms 5

I have looked and even used http://cheats.codetwink.com/ps2/view/6189/ to try and get max items codes to work and everytime I load one, the emulator errors out... does anyone have a working max item code ready for Pnach file that they could post for Wild arms 5 ?

Trinkz they would need the CRC and the SLUS code before they even can help you and if you search with the CRC of the game in this thread in the lower right corner you can see if someone already posted it in this thread.
