Can anyone make a patch for FF12, enabling you to use more than 3 persons at the same time? Or even a patch to enable everyone else part from the 3 to be guests?
It doesnt matter which version, because i just like to see if it's do-able.

It's not. The game is made for 3 Normal character chosen at a time and a Guest like all there others. It would have to mess with the games over all battle system. So no it's not and it's been attempted with the other Final Fantasy games but they had to mod the game hard and it was unstable afterwards.

Thanks, i didn't know this. I did try to search but requests are all normally about stats/items/weapons and such. I didnt think previous games like FF7 8 9 10 was also requested for such codes.#
I had the idea for this one because it feels so much like a normal MMO game like WoW. For other games, playing with the normal number of characters was ok for me so it didnt come up until now.
At least now I know it's not a simple switch we can just turn on and off

It will be a little hard to find this kind of cheat but I doubt it's impossible.After all some of the characters are ones Guest character and after that playable character.
I'm not going to search for that cheat but I just wanted to say that it is possible cheat.
Logical, i think it is ok too, because the engine is designed to cope with more character than 3, such as vsub suggested. In older game, you are fixed with only 3/4 character on your side. If an extra one appear, it would be either to replace one, or in a cut-scene setting, and this could be why it's hard to break.
With this game, it's more free flowing, and we can see that at least 4 characters on your side is no problem for the engine to handle.
I think there could be addresses to specify if a character is in guest status or not, which bypasses the coded limit of 3. But I can't do this as i don't have the know-how. I only think the "guest status" address for each character maybe near their normal stats addresses?
I haven't seen this request for FF12 anyway, either on CheatEngine forum or Twinkcode (formerly Codebraker), so i thought i may give it a try here. It's a bit old now so there isn't much community support anymore, but now that i can play this on emu, I think I may try cheating a bit without having to buy an expensive cheat device.

Hello, after struggling to make a pnach for Suikoden IV, I thought to request it here.

My request would be for the NTSC U version, I would like a pnach that would provide Max(and/or)Infinite Potch, as well if possible, infinite item usage. Perhaps also, if it's not too difficult, to have all characters. (Though the max/infinite potch if the most important to me)

looking for a patch for Final Fantasy X-2 (US) that has Max/Inf Gil and Inf Item Usage nothing else is needed but more is accepted. I've found a few but all of the crash on start saying unrecoverable error occurred
So if someone can post that in a Patch file it would be nice
