I've tried PAL codes, NTSC codes, any codes I can find that will actually convert to RAW I've tried. Can someone please help me out, it's been like three days now since my first post.

Correct me if I'm wrong but,are the forum members under some kind of obligation to help anyone.
You have two chooses:
1.Learn how to do it yourself(it's actually really easy)
2.What for someone to do it for you(no one knows when that will happen)

Here are codes(don't know if pcsx2 will be able to use them...they use condition enabler and code type that pcsx2 may not be able to use(7))

Didn't mean to come off as entitled, sorry. I've spent many hours on this and I'm quite frustrated, the codes you posted don't do anything. Do they need a master/enabler code or something? I've read the threads in your sig and I have been using omniconvert to convert codes to raw for use in the pnach files just none of the codes I can find seem to work at all for SOTC. I've also tried cheating by actually loading up the codebreaker iso, enabling the cheats and then running SOTC swap disk style and that doesn't work either.

Those codes are for the NTSC version and are taken from the CodeBreaker site and then converted to raw.
And as I said,there is a possibility that they may not work on pcsx2 but they will on the ps2(pcsx2 don't support any kind of code type and since all of the codes above have a condition enabler,it means that it's not easy to cheat on that game).

Thanks for trying, I guess this game just can't be cheated in PCSX2, although I have seen some youtube videos of people cheating SOTC in PCSX2.

The codes will probably work if you remove the codes that start with E0 but this is the condition...if the condition is removed,the values for those addresses will always stay freezed and since there is a condition enabler,that means the same addresses are used for something else when the condition is not met.

Freezing the addresses values all the time can lead to problems...pcsx2 may also crash.

As you suspected the game does just crash on load when I remove all codes starting with E0
