Is it possible to convert this code from PAL to NTSC?

Hello. I'd like to request a code for Ar tonelico II (NTSC-U; SLUS_217.88) that will max Luca's Dive Therapy level and the six Dive Therapy stats. I'm having an issue in which Luca's DT level goes up, but her stats don't. I've looked all over and haven't found a solution anywhere. (I'm pretty sure that this is not an issue with the emulator or the retranslation patch, as I loaded my disc and old saves on my PS2 and saw that the stats looked very similar in my original playthrough.) I know there are some codes in this thread for getting all the IPDs and such, but I'd rather complete the entire sidequest myself.

The CRC for the retranslation-patched ISO is 0xF1CBC2D4 (the CRC for a clean ISO is 0xF95F37EE, just in case).

I don't know how Ar Tonelico's system works, but I assume that Dive Therapy level goes up after each battle or something? If it is such a method, then you can make a multiplier code maybe and just set it to x100 to instantly max it out. (Or whatever amount you want). That way it'll 'properly' level up and give you the stats as well.

Something like that. Curing the girls through a minigame gets you exp and you gain levels, with 9 being the maximum. (I have a couple of levels to go as you can see in the screenshot, but getting to level 9 in my original playthrough still left most of my stats pretty low. I assume the same would happen this time as well.) I'm not sure maxing out the DT level alone would help, since my problem is that the DT level increases but the stats stay the same.

I've been working on making my own pnatch files, but have been having some issues so I'm just going to request a Kingdom Hearts infinite HP cheat.

Since the HP codes aren't exactly working properly for the game or the way people intended it (rather than only being healed when accessing the menu), you might as well just give yourself all the equipments so you won't take damage. Keep a crappy sword if you want the fights to last a while, but use the armor/accessories to prevent taking high damage, and also increase your base HP that way.
