Local Blur Effects all such which are near Henry and the global are the Ones which are filling almost
the entire Screen if the Camera is zooming out, mostly in Cutscenes.

i can confirm that:
enhance game sharpness = disable flicker filter
Disable global Blur-Effects = disable depth of field

Both it works perfect everywhere, except Stage 4 (flesh level), where regenerating wall still destroy the ship.
