So, I feel like this question may have been asked, but I don't want to wade through 2000-sum replies to find it.
I got the driver and was able to get it to work. But, as of this morning, I'm having problems. I have my dualshock 3 connected, and its obvious that my computer is talking to it by the light configuration, but I'm unable to get any input on the controller to show up on my computer. I've tried reinstalling all the plugins in the software, but I don't really know where to go from here. I figured, since you guys know your stuff, I'd ask.

Edit: I don't know why or what happened, but as of this minute, I now have functionality. My apologies for the request.

Make sure that everything is uninstalled using this guide.

After that re-install (cuz now you have ur bluetooth drivers already).

Sounds weird. But, try re-install one more time and, as i said to  BurningCroissant, use this guide to make sure it is uninstalled and try again.

Hey guys. So I used the toolkit (works fine) but whatever driver it was installing was removing my touchpad. The driver was coming up in 'libusbk usb devices' and had a blank name, when I rolled it back the mouse would come back. So I thought uninstalling that would solve the problem (stupid, I know) but now I can't get my touchpad back.

Anyone had any similar issues and know how it fix it? I've got an Acer Aspire E 15, I downloaded the Synaptics touchpad driver and it installed, though I don't see it device manager. I'm at a loss and I've been trying to fix with ages but to no luck. Any help'd mean a lot.

Edit: Not sure if relevant, but when I shift on restart and the options for boot-mode, compatibility mode etc come up, the mouse is there. It doesn't work in safe mode, though. There's no '!' in my device manager, but USB drivers and my HID-Compliant Mouse one say "the hardware device is not currently connected (Code 45)" and the icons are a little faded. Also, it shows no hardware in my mouse settings. I don't have a restore point to go back to either.

I'm trying to get pressure sensitivity working in PCSX2. I tried doing a search but I'm not getting much help. I followed all the steps to patch PSCX2. I'm on windows 10.

I took a screenshot of the errors that pop up from the tray icon thing.

i have a question to developer

as you might know, a lot of games include Dualshock button prompts (usually Dualshock 4 ones)
but in most cases you don't have an option to switch prompts. for example in Rocket League
since SCP driver makes your controller look as an Xbox 360 controller to the system, such games show regular xbox button prompts

question - can you include some per-exe option into settings UI to mask controller as a Dualshock 4 directinput device? is it even possible?

Guys I installed it on Windows 10, and everything seems ok, but when I turn off the pad by pressing "L1+R1+HOME" this error appear  (bluetooth mode).
Normal?

EDIT: I found an annoying problem, I couldn't use an original xbox360 pad while a ps3 pad is connected, because both use the same port, the first, how can I manage that? is there a way to do it? I tried to tick "always unplug virtual controller", and "skip occupied gamepad slots" on the settings, but seems not working.

Can anyone help me out with my DS4?
My issue is that when My DS4 is connected via bluetooth the inputs get stuck resulting in me spinning in circles or walking forward without touching the controller for 10-15 seconds. This is a brand new controller I just bought it today for this. connecting as a wired controller works fine however.

I've got a problem getting my DS4 to work, I'm not sure where I should seek help... Should I post here, create my own thread, or is there somewhere else I can post?

Hey, I've been a longtime user of the SCP Drivers/Nefarius drivers (going as far back as almost 3 years) and recently started using the latest Steam Beta Client. In case there is unawareness, Steam now provides support for the Dualshock 4 controller



And Valve is currently in the process of adding more support for more controllers which involves the following devices:
Dualshock 3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and more


While I much prefer the experience that Steam is currently offering now instead of the SCP/Nefarius Drivers, I would like to make a request if it is possible:

Can the drivers or software please get updated to auto-detect Steam DS4 driver support is in-action or running and possibly disable itself, and give a key combination to re-enable? 

I don't want to completely negate or rule out the SCP or Nefarius drivers because there's benefits to having them (like operating a pc and such without Steam running) and I would like to use the ones on Steam as well. 

The major complication and reason why I'm requesting this is that, what's found in this reddit post:

What's happening, is that leaving your drivers on the pc after installing the latest Steam beta update causes complications using the Dualshock 4 controller in Steam. I'd also like to mention that I reinstalled regular bluetooth drivers for my bluetooth dongle a few weeks ago after purchasing a wireless keyboard and with knowledge the DS4 Steam support was coming, so I have not tested the latest Steam Beta DS4 support with the SCP drivers on my bluetooth signal. 
However, this is a complication that is going to need a solution asap and I'd hate to see Valve give a walkthrough or directions to uninstall your drivers in favor of theirs, but something that is possible is maybe they update Steam to autodetect the presence of the SCP drivers so it 'disables' their usage while steam is running.

But something needs to happen soon and if you and Valve can potentially work together through the issue or if you can provide a fix to prevent this issue from occurring for more users, or provide a PSA telling people to uninstall your drivers if they wish to use Steam's DS4 support then please do so. Thanks
