Finally managed to get all my old versions cleaned up and other DS4 driver experiments purged and got this back up and running -- thanks so much for keeping it alive.

One thing I'm noticing though is that whenever I'm connecting my DS4 via bluetooth my 'System' process in task manager jumps up to ~25% usage flat. When connected solely via USB this doesn't seem to occur. I don't seem to recall this happening when using a DS3, but I admit it has been quite a while since I last looked. Could also just be related to Windows' stock bluetooth behavior I suppose? It's difficult to tell if it is substantially impacting performance, but the behavior seems odd enough that I thought I'd ask if this is normal or not. Smile

Running fully patched Win7, with an official DS4 and some cambridge usb adapter.
Even with SCP 1.5, it still doesn't work Sad

Hi guys,

I tried your tools and I'm realy glad (and grateful) it works. I've an issue with my BT adapter because it is an old one (but I didn't knew that until now... Someone gave it to me long time ago).
So, I need to buy a new one, but where and which one?

I saw the list of compatible dongles, but I don't know how to find if one or another ID when I search on webstores...

My question is: Please! Could someone tell me how to find the informations I need? I don't know if it's against the forum's rules to indicate me some models, but maybe a link to an external site referencing the compatible models or a site which indicates the IDs could help...

If it is possible/allowed to indicate a model: I want to buy a (reliable and inexpensive Tongue ) BT4 (4.0 or 4.1?) dongle, compatible with Windows 7 and 10 (x64) and linux (mint) and ScpServer of course (out-of-the-box would be great but I think I could edit an .ini file)...

Thank you!

Ok, i swaped the dll's, but .dump files are 0kb. Also after this i couldnt control rumble from  scp server, whenever i tried this error poped in : Unexpected error in L2CAP_Worker_ThreadWackoystem.Nullreference. I'll attach logs and that dump file.

EDIT: i was using server for 8-10 mins to see if anything will be saved in dump file., I'll leave it running for an hour or so, see if anything happens.

EDIT2: Looks like dump file is created when service is turned on, but after that no information are writen to the file.
Are the SCP drivers compatible with the sixaxis motion controls of the PS3 controller?

I'm trying to get the PS3 controller acting as a Wiimote for an emulator, but I wasn't sure if the sixaxis of the PS3 controller could mimic the motion controls of the Wiimote. I believe there are six axis of movement on the Wiimote, so in theory it should work.

Thoughts?

Your Bluetooth dongle is prior specification 2.0 + EDR so it won't work! Ever! Please get a new dongle.
hey Nefarius! thnx for all u are doing Wink

can u add pls support for this bluetooth : USB\VID_0489&PID_E092&REV_0001
because in scp monitor i have Host Address : Disconnected (working only with usb)

i don't know why.... your old version(v2.0.160) was working for a couple of days but then no more... it change by itself HCI version in scp monitor from 7.000(this one work) to 6.000 after reboot of pc or after some time and then don't work anymore!
and in your new version there is no Zadig..so my bluetooth was untouched after installing scpdrivers and don't work , hopefully after u will add th support for it ,will work!

Gyroscope and accelerometer isn't implemented yet, but I have plans on adding it.

The Logs are created in the same folder as the executables.
