You've even tried using regedit and deleting the keys directly?
Yes Tongue. i could record a video of doing everything all within a minute or two and upload it. That's how many times I tried it I have it all memorized lol.

Yeah I mentioned this previously, basically the service is marked for deletion in Windows, but is never deleted. It's still there in some way, shape or form but it doesn't work and doesn't allow itself to be deleted or to be overwritten, causing any future installs to not work.

You supplied the display name to the command, that's not what it expects, you need to do sc delete Ds3Service

Tried that still nothing 
Is the Service still visible in the Windows Service Console? services.msc
