Comments:
Game plays the intro movie and gets stuck on first frame of the start menu(with ingame graphics running in the background). Game keeps running at 50fps and audience sound does play in background. No speedhack/gamefix/hacks/EE, IOP or VU settings had any effect. Tried stable, and two newer GIT versions but no changes. Same thing happens with DX9, DX11, OpenGL in both hardware and software modes. Only result I got was trying the oldest legacy build I could find. It actually got past the first frame and ran a few frames with camera turning slightly and the 2D press start and game logo graphics flashing on and off.
But it crashes a few frames in. Along with the VifCmd errors of the later versions, this old version mention the error:
*PCSX2*: DMA error: 1f800000

Comments:

The game was recently fixed by Refraction. It works perfectly at very good speed with Gsdx OGL mode. DX mode suffers from red colored lines on screen.

Bugs:
DX HW mode suffers from red lines which can be removed by using skipdraw. Game won't work if you have ethernet disabled in dev9ghz. Either enable ethernet or use Dev9null.

Comments:
Runs at 100% without the need for further speedhacking in all HW modes, shadows are messed up in DX9.
Set skipdraw to 1 to remove red lines in DX HW modes.
