Technically it IS working, but only sometimes?? I downloaded it the other day and the download didn't seem to actually have an ISO file in it.
(First picture is standard files that were in the .RAR file, second picture is the files that were in the folder that came in the .RAR file)

Then, when actually using pcsx2, most of the time the .iso file shows up (but is greyed out), while a few times it's actually been selectable, and i've actually been able to play through a little bit of the game. But most of the time it is greyed out as shown below
