So I'm playing Budoka tenkaichi 3 On Pcsx2. However whenever I open the game I only get around 30-40 fps at times. But other times I open the game its around 70 fps. basically sometimes the game is fast and running well, other times its completely laggy and I can't figure out why. I feel as if it's not using all of its cores or something, I really can't tell 

Proccessor: Intel® Core i7-4700HQ CPU 2.40GHz
12 GB ram 
Nvidia GeForce GTX 760M

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

provide your EE and GS values during both of those instances. just for clarification do you get higher speed on the same scene (or) different scene ?

i actully figured it out, my drivers ere out of date and after updating to windows 10 nvidia drivers everythings fine now
