i use 2 version of pcsx2 , 0.9.4 and 0.9.6

game - STREET_FIGHTER_EX3

0.9.4 works but flame rate is very low , very slow and dosen't work properly

i use the lowest setting and use Linuz ISO

Yeah it's one of the games that don't work properly with the emulator. All you can do is wait and hope it gets fixed in a newer release
