I am getting really choppy visuals and audio which makes it completely unplayable, what setting are the best for this game? (Please include Screenshots.)
Its running at 60fps during intro but seems more like 0.5fps.

PC Specs:
Windows 10 Home Premium Operating System
MSI R9 280 Gaming 3GB Edition Graphics Card
FX-6350 6-Core Processor
8GB DDR3 RAM
ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 Motherboard

I am trying to play Transformers (2004) EU (American version is called Armada I think)

Your CPU may not be enough for this game.
that said, using software mode + 3 or 4 extra rendering threads may help

But since your cpu's STR is below 1500, it's highly possible you'll have to keep playing it on your PS2 for now

What are fps, ee%, gs%, (,vu%) values during distorted sound?

That improved it for all the cut-scenes but come main menu and its crap again, not as bad as before, but still vastly unplayable
Check if mtvu yields better results. If not keep it off. Try playing either with ee cycle rate hack or vu cycle stealing. Vu cycle stealing can fake wrong fps so that you can not trust the fps counter anymore.

Hw rendered can not be considered as playable/enjoyable?
