First,delete all those old plugins you downloaded. All you need is in the 0.9.6 pack.
Then,use the latest GSdx 0.1.14 and set it to direct x 9 software rendering. Then configure the bios. After you're done,set it back to direct x 9 hardware.

...........................still nothing gahhh and for both pad configs (both pad plugins) when i go in to them to try configing them it frezzes....ill make video and show you what i mean after I get back from work.

probably it's some problem with your gamepad. Unsure
