I'm trying to play metal gear solid 3 snake eater but same in 60 fps the game run so slow and if i disable frame limit the game run so fast

what I have to do to have a balance between the two? 


my specs
intel core i5 650
4gb ram
gtx660

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
