I don't know if anyone else is having the same issue but when I use the memory card folder function, when I save it works the first time but when I try to save again it doesn't overwrite the save.
Even though the picture of the save might change, when you reload the emulator it shows (for rpgs that I am playing and have tested on) no pictures, no description and time of 0:00

Using PCSX2 1.3.1 2015-10-08 200215 git

Tested on SMT DDS1, SMT nocturne, and Dark Cloud 2

How did you install PCSX2? Is it a portable install?
You're describing an issue with overwriting files. This is a basic operation and almost certainly not broken.
Your system might be setup in a way we haven't considered though.

I recreated the memory card and it seems to be functioning now. I think I tried to merge two memory card folders together and it got confused.
