Hello guys.. 

I downloaded pcsx2 1.2.1 on my pc and installed it

Put when i double click..  Nothing happend! 
No error msg or anything 
Just my desktop blink or flash like it gonna open put it's not

I tried another veirson and installed DX 09 and VC C ++ but nothing happend




Windows 10 64 bit

Gpu: AMD Radeon R9 200 series
Cpu: AMD FX™-8350 Eight-Core

I'm guessing you are in an Arabic region, go in to the Langs folder and delete the folder(s) starting with "ar"
