try different CRC hack level options and check for the status of the issue.

Ok, it clearly shows you don't have widescreen patches enabled. that could cause the issue.
EDIT : sorry. didn't see it froze again.
Can you please give your original disc a try instead of using an iso ?

Found the Problem:
Was the EE/FPU and VU0 / VU1 settings. If there both on Negative it freezes but if there on Chop/Zero then it works 100%
