Hey guys. Can you help me out?

I got MGS3 Subsistence for PCSX2 1.2.1 
I'm at the introduction part with the plane. The characters are talking weird, like slow-mo. Sound problems?
Also, I think there's going to be a lot of lag when I get to the game.

Are there any other things I should post a screenshot of? Please tell me what I could do so I could play my game as smoothly as possible. Thanks

Play it on your ps2 console. That game is extremely demanding, and your PC won't cut it, unfortunately

Technically it's not legal to use the emulator without owning a real PS2 because you have to use a bios dumped from a console that you own... Meaning we can't provide you with any more support..
