.. Sorry for this Bositman

I have windows vista and i need to get dx10 plugin work i have tried every way but i doest work.
If i load game with dx10 it says someting emulog.txt thing pls help me!!
when i load game with dx10 it says:

"An unhandeled or unrecoverable exception, with the message:
The GS plugin failed to open/initialize.
More details may be available via the emulog.txt file."

Here is the Gpu
Radeon X1700 FSC
Core Clock (MHz) 587 MHz
Memory Clock (MHz) 695 MHz

of course it won't work... how could it you do not have a DX10 graphics adapter
radeon x1700 is a DX 9c graphics adapter ... meaning your hardware supports only up to DX9 features
