I Installed Widescreen Hack On My Shin Megami Tensei Persona 4
But Now I Want To Remove It But I Don't KnoW How...
System > Enable Widescreen Patches.
Once the check is gone it's diabled.
Done That But still There
I Even Removed The File But Its Still There

Please post the full emulog after you observed the issue.
Did you change the Aspect Ratio to 4:3?
Why do you want to remove it? Is there something wrong with the widescreen hack you don't like?
It's likely OP is loading a save state which will save the hack.
Load from a memory card save.
