You can see the problem from attachment picture. I can't see my own card. There are no problem in pic1.
I use PCSX2 ver1.2.1
Default setting except the audio (nearest-fastest/bad quality) (DirectSound-Nice)
My spec :
Intel Pentium P6200 2.13Ghz
Intel HD2000 (Thug life)
2Gb Ram

i will try. 
I found 1 way, use DX10(Software) but frame drop to 35fps average

edit : i have try F9, display driver problem

with that PC, there's no other way.
it's basically far too weak for pcsx2.

But what i can say, it still playable with 35fps average.
Although it annoying...
