Hello everyone, I'm new to PCSX2 and I want to know how to properly configure this to run Soul Calibur 3 normally.

Specs:
AMD Athlon II x4 620 Processor - 2.61GHz
ATI Radeon 4600 Graphic Card 1Gb
4Gb DDR3 RAM

I've tried everything so far, but I could only get around 30fps, along with some major video and audio lag.

Plugins I'm currently using:
GS: GSdx 0 (MSVC 18.00, SSE2) 0.1.16 [gsdx32-sse2-r5875]
SPU2: SPU2-X r5830 2.0.0 [spu2-x-r5875]

I'm also running the 1.2.1 version of PCSX2.

Please, help me   I really want to start playing again.

1 - 1.2.1 is old and unsupported.
2 - SC3 is very demanding.
not much you can do apart playing on your PS2 for now, unfortunately.

Is there at least a way I can play even at 30-40fps but at the normal speed?
Currently installing 1.4.0 to see if it helps.

you can try to tinker with speedhacks, but I doubt your Machine will handle it correctly.
this CPU's STR is only around 900 while you would need between 1600 & 1800 to play @ good speeds
