Hey guys, So I want to turn on Vsync and such, But I can't for some reason because the boxes to do so are unclickable, as well as EE/IOP VUs GS and GS window. I have tried no uninstall and everything, I reset setting as well. Can anyone help me here?  Happy Thanks!
