try skipdraw in gsdx.
It seems it worked. I tried to go to the generator and one of those opened maps and they dont lag at all. The strange thing is that the generator smoke is still very visible, I think it didnt change at all.

Well, I thought it would just remove it, but if the smoke is there and the problem is fixed, then great.
