I've been using Pcsx2 for about 6 months now, and have suddenly encountered an issue I haven't had up until a week ago.

Every 5-45 minutes my Dualshock 4 controller will randomly disconnect and reconnect, however, each time the controller does this I'm forced to completely restart the emulator, before this, I could simply connect my controller again and resume playing, but now the emulator refuses to respond to button inputs until everything is closed out and restarted. It's grown quite annoying, as it can completely halt all my game progress.

I'm currently using LilyPad svn (r5822) 0.11.0, and Ds4windows, is there any fix for this?

do you have this problem only with pcsx2 or in other games as well.
just to figure out if the issue's from lilypad or ds4windows
