Every time i try to open PCSX2 i get the error api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll missing. ive installed windows updates and reinstalled vcredist. Nothing is working. Please help.

You are installing VC++ redist 2015 right...maybe it needs x86/x64
Also try running the installer as administrator and just to be sure,restart the pc after that

Whenever i try to install this version i get an unidentified error and it wont install.

something in your os is corrupt or download is corrupt for that to happen or your trying to install x64 on 32 bit os
