checked and still doesn't work
ok you sure that you don't have the iso mounted while trying to use it with Linuz Iso.
Did you tried with turned off some of those programs(especially WoW)
Yup i've made sure daemon is off whilst using Linuz
Yes i've restarted my pc and just tried opening it and it still doesn't work
get this error:
http://img11.imageshack.us/my.php?image=51842256.jpg
I then click and it gives me this error: Error opening CDVD plug in.

It's not corrupted
I dont know what it could be in use with, WoW doesn't use it, Last.Fm doesn't nede it, Utorrent doesn't, msn doesn't, winamp doesn't, thunderbird doesn't, razer mouse control panel doesn't need it, daemon isn't running - its dead in task manager.
I've use all these programs before whilst playing it so this is bizzare
Download
Process Explorer, run it and click on the binoculars icon(Ctrl+F).Type the ISO name there and if something uses the file it will show you.
If nothing's uses it then it means there's something worng with it.
Or maybe try right click on pcsx2 and run as admin.

I'm not getting that error anymore, it just still back to square one with the whole freezing stuff.
Vista loves to crash PCSX2. what SVN/beta are you using?
